abundantly sprinkled a salad with herbs (preference was given to tarragon and basilica),
drank some Worcester sauce,
all quickly mixed until the full wrapping of ingredients with dressing, laid out in plates and served on the table.
This is a classic version of the Caesar salad recipe. After a while, Cardini`s brother Alex, began to add anchovies to the dish, and a bit later the chicken was added to the ingredients.”Caesar” with anchovies was called”Aviator`s Salad”, since Alex Cardini participated in the Second World War as a pilot.

The refueling will require: 3 eggs, a couple tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 small spoon of mustard, salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic (2 cloves).
The cooking process:
- On a baking sheet, smeared with olive oil, pour a bun cut into small cubes, fry until dry (do not forget to mix periodically).
At this time, we heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry garlic on it. Then we remove it, and in the oil we cook crackers.
Finely chop the chicken and fry in vegetable oil. When the fillet is ready, salt it.
Cook the eggs, separate the proteins from the yolks.
